THMGLaser（以下简称"本软件"）由深圳腾辉美光科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"腾辉美光"）开发及运营，这是一款为您提供腾辉美光激光雕刻机（以下简称"产品"）相关服务的应用程序。腾辉美光非常重视您个人信息和隐私的保护，我们将严格遵守法律法规，为您提供更加安全、可靠的服务。
您可以通过阅读《用户隐私政策》（以下简称"本隐私政策"）详细了解我们对于用户个人信息的收集和使用及相关用途，以便您能更好了解我们的服务并做出适当的选择。如您未阅读理解本政策内容，或/和您不接受本政策内容的，请不要访问、使用、浏览本软件，更不要向本软件提供您的任何个人信息。
为实现核心功能所需，本软件会申请下列系统权限。您可以在系统设置中随时关闭授权；拒绝授权只会导致对应功能不可用，不影响其他功能。

当您使用拍照、相册导入、绘图或 AI 生图功能时，相关图片与文字仅用于在您的设备上生成雕刻图案、预览效果并下发到雕刻机。除下述第 3 条所述 AI 生图场景外，这些内容不会上传至我们的服务器。
AI 生图为可选功能，仅在您主动点击使用、并自行填写第三方 API Key 后才会联网。此时：
如您不使用 AI 生图功能，本软件不会向任何服务器上传您的任何图片或文字。第三方的数据处理行为同时受其自身隐私政策约束。
本软件获得的数据均储存在您的本地设备中，卸载软件即自动删除，我们不会主动将其上传至任何互联网服务器；仅在您点击"开始雕刻"时，将经本地设备处理后的数据流通过本地网络/Wi-Fi/蓝牙连接，以点对点方式直传输至您的产品。
除第 3 条所述的 AI 生图第三方服务外，我们不会向任何第三方共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息，但以下情形除外：
我们的产品、网站和服务主要面向成人。未成年人（未满18岁）请在家长或法定监护人（以下简称"监护人"）陪同下阅读并决定是否使用本软件；我们不会在明知的情况下收集未成年人个人信息。
为了使您的个人信息免受未经授权的访问、滥用、披露或更改，腾辉美光将利用合理和适当的物理、技术和管理程序，以保证我们收集和处理的信息安全。然而，请注意，尽管我们采取了合理的措施来保护您的信息，但没有任何网站、网络传播、计算机系统或无线连接是完全安全的。
腾辉美光不对下列相关事宜的发生承担任何法律责任：
（1）非因腾辉美光导致的您个人信息的泄露。
（2）因本政策第 5 条情形披露的信息。
（3）因黑客攻击、病毒侵入或政府管制等不可抗力事件导致的任何后果。
10.1 本政策适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港、澳、台）。
10.2 您同意接受本政策约束后，您与腾辉美光因本政策所产生之任何争议，双方应先行友好协商解决，协商解决不成的，任一方均有权将纠纷或争议提交至深圳仲裁委员会。
如果本政策的任何条款整体或部分被任何有管辖权的法院或法庭宣告不合法或不可执行，该条款应当可分离并独立于此协议的其他条款，在该法院或法庭的管辖范围内可将该条款视为无效，但所有其他条款和整个政策的效力不受到影响。
随着我们向软件添加新功能和服务、法律变更以及隐私和安全实践的更新，我们可能会不时修改本隐私政策。
但在您接受本政策后，在任何情况下，未经您明确和知情同意，我们都不会减少您在本隐私政策下的权利。如果我们更新了本政策，我们将在您运行本软件时给您提供审阅并接受新政策的机会。

本软件由腾辉美光委托第三方技术团队开发，软件著作权归腾辉美光所有。本软件的运营及用户数据处理活动由腾辉美光独立负责。AI 生图功能使用阿里云百炼（DashScope）提供的图像生成服务，该服务为可选功能。
您购买的激光雕刻机设备可能带有不同品牌标签，但本软件仅服务于腾辉美光官方销售渠道的设备。如您通过非官方渠道购买，我们可能无法提供完整的技术支持。

THMGLaser (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is developed and operated by Shenzhen Tenghui Meiguang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Tenghui Meiguang"). This application provides services related to Tenghui Meiguang laser engraving machines (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). Tenghui Meiguang attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy. We will strictly comply with laws and regulations to provide you with safer and more reliable services.
By reading this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"), you can understand in detail how we collect and use your personal information and related purposes, so that you can better understand our services and make appropriate choices. If you do not understand or accept the content of this Policy, please do not access, use, or browse the Software, and do not provide any personal information to the Software.
To deliver the core features, the Software requests the following system permissions. You may revoke any of them in the system settings at any time; refusing a permission only disables the corresponding feature.

When you use the camera, gallery import, drawing or AI generation features, the related images and text are used only to generate the engraving pattern on your device, preview the result and send it to the engraver. Except for the AI generation scenario described in Section 3, this content is not uploaded to our servers.
AI generation is optional. The Software only goes online for it after you actively start the feature and enter your own third-party API key. In that case:
If you do not use AI generation, the Software uploads no image or text to any server. The third party's data handling is also governed by its own privacy policy.
Data obtained by this Software is stored on your local device and will be automatically deleted when the Software is uninstalled. We will not actively upload it to any Internet server; only when you click "Start Engraving" will the data stream processed by the local device be transmitted directly to your product through local network/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection in a point-to-point manner.
Apart from the AI generation third-party service described in Section 3, we will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
Our products, websites, and services are mainly intended for adults. Minors (under 18 years old) should read and decide whether to use this Software accompanied by parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "Guardians"); we will not collect personal information from minors knowingly.
In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration, Tenghui Meiguang will use reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to ensure the security of the information we collect and process. However, please note that although we have taken reasonable measures to protect your information, no website, network transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.
Tenghui Meiguang shall not bear any legal responsibility for the following matters:
(1) Leakage of your personal information not caused by Tenghui Meiguang.
(2) Information disclosed under the circumstances described in Section 5 of this Policy.
(3) Any consequences caused by force majeure events such as hacker attacks, virus intrusion, or government control.
10.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).
10.2 After you agree to be bound by this Policy, any dispute between you and Tenghui Meiguang arising from this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute or controversy to Shenzhen Arbitration Commission.
If any provision of this Policy is declared illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be separable and independent of the other provisions of this agreement, and shall be deemed invalid within the jurisdiction of such court or tribunal, but the validity of all other provisions and the entire Policy shall not be affected.
As we add new features and services to the Software, laws change, and privacy and security practices are updated, we may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
However, after you accept this Policy, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit and informed consent under any circumstances. If we update this Policy, we will provide you with the opportunity to review and accept the new policy when you run the Software.

This Software is developed by Tenghui Meiguang entrusting a third-party technical team, and the software copyright belongs to Tenghui Meiguang. The operation of this Software and user data processing activities are independently responsible by Tenghui Meiguang. The AI generation feature uses the image generation service provided by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope) and is optional.
The laser engraving machine equipment you purchase may carry different brand labels, but this Software only serves equipment from Tenghui Meiguang's official sales channels. If you purchase through unofficial channels, we may not be able to provide complete technical support.
